Q: How much do you charge for Lawn Maintenance Services?

 

A: Prices vary depending on the size of turf and the landscape maintenance needs.  Omega Lawn Care Services are: Mow, String Trim, and Blow hard surfaces of grass clippings.  Omega Lawn Care provides a free, no hassle written or emailed estimates upon request.

 


 

Q: Can you mow our lawn today?

 

A: Most likely, not, we can give you a free written estimate the day you contact us or the next available day.  Once approval is given and service agreement signed with the estimate, we can then schedule your service when we are in your area.   We have a scheduled route every day for lawn maintenance. 

 


 

Q: Do we need to be present during the estimate or services?

 

A: Omega Lawn Care would prefer to meet you so we can provide a clear estimate on your needs. For the services you are not required to be present however if you have any gates or dogs we would require dogs placed indoors or in kennel during services and gates left unlocked or spare key provided by Clients.


Q: How do we pay for the services?

 

A: Payment or Deposit accepted in Cash, Check, or Credit Card. 

Make checks payable to Omega Lawn Care.  All Customers are invoiced monthly by email. 

 


Q: Do we need to sign a contract/service agreement?

 

A: We have an Service agreement for customer approval.  In consideration of the extension of Lawn Maintenance Credit, customer will pay one time deposit equal to one month Lawn Maintenance Services.  Deposit will be applied to final bill.

 


 


Q: What is the purpose of the deposit?

 

A: It is required to have services on a schedule and to be charged at the end of the month.  The deposit will be applied to your final bill after cancellation of services.   We service your lawn on a regular schedule and invoice you at the end of the month for the services we provided that month. 

 


Q: When are payments due when we receive the invoice?

 

A: Lawn Maintenance Customers are invoiced monthly for the services we provided that month.  Payments are due by the 15th  of every month.  A 15% late fee charge may be applied to all late payments.

 


 

Q: In the event of Rain or extreme weather conditions?

 

A: If weather permits, Omega Lawn Care will try that same day or the next three days to make up the service.  After the third day, we will skip the service and reschedule on your next regular service day.  At times, we may schedule your lawn maintenance before the rainy day. 

 


 

Q: What if I would to cancel, change or skip my services?

 

A: Contact us by phone or email 1 day in advance before next services or for any changes you may have.

 


 

Q: How much does it cost to have our beds cleaned and mulched?

 

A: Prices vary depending how much cleaning and landscaping beds you have.  Free written estimates provided upon client’s request.
